Telemarketing Career Summary:
This business very important position is responsible for outbound calling current customers, prospecting, and developing of new prospects through outbound calls for insurance agents, mortgage and home care brokers. As a member of the outbound call center team or customer service department, the successful employee will rely on an elevated altitude of efficiency and skills of influence to generate company interest for their insurance, home care or reverse mortgage products and services.
Job Description and Responsibility:
Qualifies insurance, home care and mortgage prospects to ensure they are a good fit for our client’s products and services. Promotes our clients’ products and services to prospects based on their desires. Schedule quality pre-set appointments or phone leads for our clients.

- This outbound call center position requires a high level of efficiency and outbound phone skills to generate quality sales leads for insurance agents and mortgage brokers.b. Meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly conversion ratio and volume expectations.c. Supplies a superb first impression customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.b. Proven experience in business development, cold calling and leads generation services. (Minimum 1.5 years).c. Capability to speak and read English, at a level appropriate for conversation with the ‘leads/prospects’.
- Experience in basic PC operation and proficient of using up to date Microsoft applications (Excel & Word) and Adobe Reader.
Hourly rate: $10 – $18 plus commissions.
